Where are Mālie products shipped from? All orders ship from our US-based warehouse. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer a guarantee? Yes. Every Mālie product is backed by a 60-night risk-free trial. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund — no return required for satisfaction-based requests.
Are Mālie products medical devices? No. Mālie products are designed for personal comfort and relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
Can I use Mālie products every day? Yes. Our products are designed for daily use. We recommend 15-minute sessions as part of your regular routine for best results.
