Mālie — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mālie purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to make it right.

60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee Every Mālie order is backed by a 60-night risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no return required for satisfaction-based requests.

Standard Return Window If you would like to return your item for any other reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@trymalie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@trymalie.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
