Thank you for shopping with Mālie! Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, Monday through Friday. During peak periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard US: 5–8 business days
  • Express US (where available): 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. Mālie is not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has shipped.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can use your tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all original packaging and items until the claim is resolved. If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@trymalie.com and we will assist you in tracking it down.
